1.Project management
•Build, implement and maintain the corporate project management system, procedure, model and other public document.
•Regularly consolidate the project status and information, communicate among projects and submit status report periodically.
•Plan and establish the platform for project management, and provide the project control system platform to fulfill the management team’s request.
•Ensure corporate level project targets are in line with corporate overall objectives; provide advice to the management team.

2.Crisis Management / Risk Management
•Lead cross-function task team to conduct annual process for crisis management and risk management
•Prepare task-team annual status review and action planning for executive leadership team (ELT).
•Maintain and upgrade related process procedures based on annual implementation and ELT feedback

3.Lead other PMO tasks as identified

2.Corporate level cross-functional project experience
3.Interpersonal / Communication Skills
4.Project experience preferred
