During this session, we will introduce the latest TSRC SBC solutions for hot melt adhesives, highlighting how VECTOR® SIS and TAIPOL® SEBS help formulators achieve better processing efficiency and adhesive performance in applications such as hygiene and label adhesives.
Presentation Highlights
● VECTOR® 4118ND
Designed with high diblock (75%) and low styrene content (10%), VECTOR® 4118ND offers excellent softness—close to pure polyisoprene. Label adhesive production can be completed using conventional mixing equipment without additional milling processes.
It is suitable for removable pressure-sensitive adhesives and food-contact labels, providing reliable low-temperature adhesion, even on moist surfaces.
● VECTOR® 4411ND
Featuring no diblock and a high styrene content (44%), VECTOR® 4411ND is ideal for solvent based high solids/low viscosity sprayable adhesives.
It also delivers excellent cohesion and heat resistance, making it an effective performance modifier for hygiene hot melt adhesive formulations.
● TAIPOL® SEBS
As a hydrogenated SBC, TAIPOL® SEBS offers high flowability for improved processing efficiency in hot melt adhesive production. Combined with excellent aging resistance and low odor, it is well suited for premium hot melt adhesive formulations requiring long-term stability.
