Integrity
TSRC has formulated the “Code of Business Conduct” and “Code of Ethics” to describe the philosophy and principles of integrity, establishing the framework for all employees to abide by.
TSRC's CEO leads all unit heads in promoting ethical management and reports to the Board of Directors every year on the implementation of integrity management.
To implement integrity, TSRC has formulated the "Administrative Measures for Official Gifts and Entertainment" for anti-corruption and anti-bribery, which provides employees guidelines for providing or accepting gifts and/or entertainment when performing duties and reporting channels for unethical behavior.
Risk Management
We have formulated the "Risk Management Policy“ and "Risk Management
Operation Procedures" to implement risk management.
We conduct risk assessment and evaluation based on categories of risks annually.

Business Continuity Management
We pay higher attention to continuous operation and various risk impacts. We established a continuous operation management mechanism for various emergencies.
TSRC operation continuity mechanism is divided into operation continuity plan, continuous supply contingency plan and crisis management based on its features. Through three management procedures, immediate and effective actions are taken to mitigate the impact of various risks.
Cyber Security
We protect the security of company important information/assets, defend and prevent all planned, accidental, and internal or external information security threats.
We have formulated a complete cyber security risk management framework and formulated the “Cyber Security Policy and Management" which clearly regulates the scope of the company's technology and information assets, the responsibility for using the company's information assets, preventive measures when face cyber security and information security threats to continuously improve the security of the company information and reduce cyber security risks.

For long-term sustainable development, we require our suppliers to not only supply good quality goods and deliver on time, but also comply with global sustainable development and move towards a low-carbon economy together.
Policy and Conduct of Procurement
We have formulated “TSRC Group Supplier Code of Conduct ”based on “Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct” and with reference to relevant international standards for suppliers‘ business integrity, human rights and labor policies, occupational safety and health and environmental protection, etc. Suppliers are required to follow and implement sustainable regulation which are important basis for our purchasing decisions.
Supplier Evaluation System
We focus on the stable quality of products and services provided by our suppliers and care about the suppliers’ performance management in labor rights, safety and health, environmental impact, ethics, social impact, etc.

Local Procurement
We continue to reduce the carbon footprint of our value chain activities and transform supplier management into an online supplier management platform.
For local procurement, we mainly focus on main raw materials and other chemical raw materials, and the material transportation is mainly via pipeline to ensure the safety of chemical raw material transportation and reduce air pollutants and GHG emissions from tanker transportation.
Customer Relationship
We provide customers products and services that meet local needs via our global network arrangement.
We pursue the excellence in quality, safety and service, comply with HSF (Hazardous Substance Free) regulations. Furthermore, we meet or exceed customer expectations on product environmental protection requirements and regulations on product safety, and performance in sales areas.
Customer Satisfaction
We pay a higher attention to the needs and satisfaction of customers after using TSRC products or services.
We conduct satisfaction surveys on major customers every year to obtain feedback from customers.
