TSRC starts SIS production in Nantong
[Taipei/ Nantong] We are pleased to announce that our new 25,000-ton, state-of-the-art plant in Nantong, China, is now online and producing TSRC's highest performing styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) block polymer, VECTOR®, to better service growing market demand in the Asia-Pacific region and around the world.
This is a significant milestone for our organization and our employees.
Our primary goal is to more efficiently serve the needs of our multinational customers. One aspect of TSRC's expansion strategy is to offer customers global reach and local supply in all regions of the world. Redundant global production facilities and located adjacent to secure feedstocks when possible enhances supply availability and cost effectiveness.
TSRC also is committed to producing a diverse and innovative SBS, SIS and SEBS product portfolio to serve a growing number of uses, such as specialty applications, polymer modifications and adhesives.
