TSRC SBC Products For Hot Melt Adhesive Solutions
PRESENTER
Jason Zhu, Technical Service, TSRC(Nantong) Industries
As downstream terminal products continue to evolve rapidly, the market demands higher comprehensive performance and processing efficiency for adhesive and sealing materials. TSRC committed to empowering terminal applications through high-performance raw materials. At the conference, we will share practical experiences of using SBC materials in hot melt and pressure-sensitive adhesive applications. We will explore how specific material structure designs can optimize processing efficiency and bonding performance, providing greater flexibility.
This session will provide a look at the VECTOR® SIS and TAIPOL® SEBS series, demonstrating how different material structures offer practical solutions for labels, hygiene products, and high-performance adhesives:
- VECTOR® 4118ND (Optimizing Processing Workflow): Designed with a high diblock content (75%) and low styrene content (10%), offering excellent softness and wetting capability. During label adhesive production, no additional over-rolling process is required; standard mixing equipment is sufficient, which effectively simplifies processing. It is suitable for removable pressure-sensitive adhesives and food-contact label applications, maintaining reliable adhesion in low-temperature or humid environments.
- VECTOR® 4411ND (Enhancing Formulation Performance): Featuring a high styrene content (44%) with a non-diblock structure, it is suitable for high-solids, low-viscosity solvent-based spray adhesive formulations. It provides balanced cohesion and heat resistance, serving as a performance-adjusting material for hygiene adhesives and related hot melt formulations.
- TAIPOL® SEBS (Improving Processing Efficiency and Stability): Offers excellent fluidity to help improve hot melt adhesive processing efficiency. Combined with low odor and aging resistance, it is ideal for adhesive applications requiring strict product quality and operational stability.
TSRC sincerely invites you to join us on-site to exchange insights with our technical team on material selection, formulation design, and market application trends, exploring technical application opportunities for SBC materials in the adhesives and tapes sector.
